How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered?
Custom/back end orders
Production and delivery time varies depending on the date and shipment loading. Custom ordered catering, your customization options, quantity and your location. We always aim to deliver within maximum 1-2 business days from the date of your custom order. Each product(s) will have an estimated availability period indicated when you checkout.
All customers will receive a email once your order is ready for delivery from our Perfecto catering kitchen.

IN-STOCK ORDERS
Delivery for items in PERTH area can be same day or a 24 hour turnaround.
Perfecto catering will organize postage delivery for any items order within 1 business day. All customers will receive a email once your order is ready for delivery from our premises.

PRE-SALE ORDERS
Pre-sale items will have a date of arrival. Which is the expected date given to Perfecto catering from Perfecto catering logistic location this is a anticipated, time and can vary slightly.

Please allow 1 business days to prepare,deliver your Perfecto catering purchase from our premises. Perth ORDERS will be delivered within 1-2 business days of preparation.

What does ‘Free Delivery’ mean for me?
Free Delivery is available to all metropolitan areas in Perth,. Shipping is free if is not more then 15 km away, simply enter your postcode into the postcode field in the Perfecto catering web site checkout.

REFUND POLICY
Once the order is confirmed is not refundable, only if the client is not satisfied from the quality we can offer 25% off the next order.

Please contact info@perfectocatering.com.au same day of receipt of the item if you have a complaint please write all reasons for us to consider.

Can I pick up my order direct from Perfecto?
In order to offer you the best possible prices for custom Perfecto catering service, we do not have a showroom or a store to pick-up products direct , also we can arrange pick up by customer request.

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?
Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature and payments in full . For your convenience, we offer a authority to leave form available online. Please Download and leave so the driver can leave products should you not be home upon delivery. A second attempt delivery may be chargeable to (free delivery customers)
Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service.

My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

And let us know is there are any issues so we can re-order your product or offer you full refund.

How long will it take for my products to be made and shipped?
You will see ‘estimated delivery days’ located in the design studio and at the point of checkout. We’ll let you know if there are any delays and will be in touch throughout the development of your product. If you have a special date coming up that you need your furniture for, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help you.

How will I know how my order is progressing?
Once your payment is received, your purchase is sent directly to our Perfecto catering service. So that you can monitor the progress of your purchase you will receive two emails regarding the status of your order. You will be alerted by email at the following stages;
• Once your payment has been accepted
• Once your order is dispatched from our premises in Perth to your chosen address.
